Shipping & Returns
We are processing more orders than usual and our couriers are struggling to handle the rapid increase in online ordering demand that has resulted from Covid shopping changes.

We try to choose the courier best suited to your order and location. Our selection to pick from includes: Auspost, Aramex, Fedex / TNT, DHL and point to point couriers.
We aim to have all orders picked within 6 hours of being placed, however we ask that you allow 1-2 days for fluctuations in staff levels, technical difficulties of seasonal increases in demand. Sometimes it can also take a little longer when we've made an amazing batch of chocolates and we all have to stop and sample...;)
We offer no exchange, returns or refunds on sale items.
We sell and deliver products internationally. We reserve the right to refuse sales if shipping to desired destination is not practical.
Personalised Items FAQ
We certainly do. We have our own in-house designers and machines to manufacture all your beautiful creations here. Who said manufacturing in Australia was dead!
We're happy to provide you with a proof, but we don't send one unless you've requested a proof with customer service.
All cake toppers, name tags, decals, signage etc are custom made.
We require processing time to design and make your items.
Turn around time for standard cake toppers and designs is 5 business days excluding shipping times.
Custom toppers, name tags, drink stirrers, signage and decals all require 2 weeks.
We do not send proofs unless a specific request is made.
Any changes to the original design eg font will be an additional $10 fee that must be paid before any design work is commenced.
It may not be a big change, but processing your design file takes time. We charge $10 for changes to your design. This fee must be paid before we commence the redesign.
All of our designs are Made To Order, which means we don't hold stock. There are simply too many different designs. So if you'd like to order a cake topper, drink stirrer, name sign or decal, please allow 5 days. We may be able to get it out faster, but let's not leave it to the last minute...
If you'd like to have your own masterpiece custom designed, you need to allow 2 weeks. Designers are a particular type of person and they don't like being hurried.... scary! Order with plenty of time and everybody is going to be happy.
We are not able to accept returns for any personalised items.
