Nestle Chocolate Mousse Mix, ferrero rochers, gold leaf, Martellato dessert cups, Martellato dessert spoons and a piping bag - everything you need :)

Step One
Line dessert cups with biscuit crumb. Leave a small amount aside to garnish at the end.

Step Two
Combine chocolate mousse powder and 500ml of milk/skim milk or water (full cream milk will give the best flavour) into bowl on medium for 1 min. Once ingredients have combined beat on high for 6 min.

Step Three
Pour mousse mix into piping bag and pipe even amounts into each dessert cup.

Step Four
Cut ferrero rochers in half & decorate with gold leaf. Handle the gold leaf carefully as it rubs off easily on to fingers, it only needs to be lightly pressed on to the cut ferreros for transfer.

Step Five
Refrigerate for an hour and serve!
