THE BEST HOMEMADE BROWNIE RECIPE
Now, before you get started, our tip is simple; A slightly undercooked brownie is always better than an overcooked brownie. Let’s face it, we’d all happily eat the mixture by itself anyway 🙂
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 175 C and spray a 20cm square pan with cooking spray.
- In a large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat in 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips and then spread batter into prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do NOT overcook.
- Eat and enjoy!
