Shipping Costs
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and trusted freight partners.
Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and order weight at checkout. As a guide:
- Sydney delivery starts from $9.95
- Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Canberra delivery starts from $9.95
- Australia Post shipping to Sydney starts from $12.95
- Regional and remote areas may incur additional shipping charges
Please note that shipping costs shown at checkout are indicative and may vary depending on your delivery location, order size and freight requirements.
Dispatch Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
During peak periods such as:
- Easter
- Halloween
- Christmas
- Valentine’s Day
Dispatch times may extend to 3–4 business days due to high order volumes.
If your order is urgent, please include your required delivery date in the order notes and we’ll do our best to prioritise it.
Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday during warehouse operating hours.
All orders include tracking details once dispatched.

Delivery timeframes below are estimates and apply after dispatch.
1–2 Business Days
Sydney, Canberra, Newcastle, Wollongong, Gosford, Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Hunter Valley, Albury, Southern Tablelands, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Northern Rivers, Nowra and Kiama.
1-3 Business Days
Melbourne, Brisbane and Gold Coast.
3–5 Business Days
Regional NSW, Adelaide, Geelong, Bendigo, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Wide Bay, Capricorn Coast and Mackay.
3–5 Business Days
Tasmania.
4–5 Business Days
Regional Victoria and Queensland.
4–7 Business Days
Perth and other remote Australian locations.
Additional delivery time and freight charges may apply for large orders or rural destinations.
While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Damaged or Broken Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of the affected items.
We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Authority To Leave
If you request for your order to be left without a signature, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered.
Candy Bar Sydney is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged parcels after delivery has been completed under Authority To Leave instructions.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping fees include packaging, handling and freight costs.
Shipping charges are based on the total weight and size of your order. We recommend combining items into one order where possible, as separate orders cannot be merged after checkout and will incur separate shipping charges.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale customers are responsible for the full cost of shipping.
If freight costs exceed the flat shipping fee charged at checkout, our team will contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional charges.
