Shipping in Sydney starts at $7.95 per 25kg. Shipping to Sydney is $12.95 per 25kg with Australia Post whilst all other areas are calculated at checkout once an account has been created. Shipping to Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Brisbane CBD and the Gold Coast starts from $7.95 per 5kg, however this may vary based on order weight. Please note, additional shipping charges may.
These shipping rates are indicative and may change if your specific delivery fees are different. Regional Areas and Northern Territory extra fees may apply.
Time before Dispatch
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. During busy times of the year like Halloween, Christmas, Valentines and Easter this may be 3-4 business days. If your order is urgent please make sure you add in the date you need it when so that we can prioritise it. The only exceptions are personalised cake toppers, signs and name tags, they take between 5-14 working days to be made and dispatched. Please refer to the product page for production time frames.
Click and Collect orders also require a 1-2 day processing time. Please call the warehouse before collecting the order to ensure it is ready.
Orders are delivered by Aramex Couriers, Australia Post or TNT. Every package is given a tracking ID, that can be easily tracked online via the website. Any online order placed between Friday to Sunday 11:59pm, will be attended to the following Monday as per our regular warehouse operational hours. The following delivery time frames apply:

3 business day delivery: Melbourne , Gold Coast, Brisbane.
3 - 5 business day delivery: Rest of NSW, Adelaide, Geelong, Bendigo, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast, Wide Bay, Capricorn Coast, Mackay
3 - 5 business day delivery: Tasmania
4 - 5 business day delivery: Rest of VIC and QLD
4 -5 business day delivery: Perth, Rest of Australia with Aus Post; 7 - 10 working days with Fastway.

Custom Laser Work - Cake Toppers, Name Tags & All Signs
All cake toppers, name tags, decals, signage etc are custom made. We require processing time to design and make your items. Turn around time for standard cake toppers and designs is 5 business days excluding shipping times. Custom toppers, name tags, drink stirrers, signage and decals all require 2 weeks. We do not send proofs unless a specific request is made. Any changes to the original design e.g. font will be an additional $10 fee that must be paid before any design work is commenced. We are not able to accept returns for any personalised items.
Need your order urgently? When checking out you can select the 'Priority Status'' option. There is a $7.95 fee and this ensures that your order gets put to the top of the queue and dealt with first by our customer service team. If your order is placed before 2pm and all items are in stock then it will be dispatched the same day. If anything is out of stock you will be contacted immediately.
If you would prefer to pick up your order directly from the warehouse, simply select 'Click and Collect' when checking out online.
The warehouse is open Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm, Saturday 9 to 1pm, to pick up orders made online, however it is advisable to call before attempting to pick up, to ensure your order is ready. If you'd like to browse then the warehouse is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 3pm and Saturday from 9am to 1pm.

Broken or damaged Items
If there are any damaged goods, please get in touch with us via email at [email protected] and send photos of the damaged items. Broken items will either be replaced or refunded.
Leaving Goods Without Signature
If you instruct Candy Bar Sydney, to deliver goods without your signature, you take full responsibility for the condition of the goods. Candy Bar Sydney, will not take responsibility for the condition of your goods.
Shipping And Handling Fees.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Wholesale customers are required to pay the full cost of shipping. You will be contacted by Candy Bar Sydney if the shipping is over the flat fee that has been charged.
