Full time hours: 8.30 - 5pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Saturday hours: 9am - 1pm (available if wanted)

- At least 3 years of strong customer service experience
- Perfect grammar, spelling and email communication skills
- A pleasant phone manner
- Strong computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow through with tasks
- Be able to work as part of a team
