Candy Bar Sydney is a support business for the most creative food and party makers in Sydney... We manufacture chocolate products, party supplies, homewares and the most amazing gift hampers. 

We're searching for creative problem solvers for our Customer Service department that can help our customers create magic in their homes, kitchens and factories. If you love helping others create, then we'd love to hear from you.

The Position:
We connect with our customers anywhere they need us: phone, email, Instagram, Facebook and live chat. Communication is the key to happy customers and as the first point of contact with our business, it's your role to give the best possible impression. Quality information, care and understanding is the key. Sound like you?

Tasks:
Interacting with customers by phone, email, live chat and in person in a friendly, supportive and efficient way.

  • Processing orders
  • Processing customer returns
  • Communicating with suppliers regarding product queries
  • Communicating with our stores regarding customer orders/enquiries
  • Reviewing orders and advising customers of progress or action taken
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of strong customer service experience
  • Perfect grammar, spelling and email communication skills
  • A pleasant phone manner
  • Strong computer skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to follow through with tasks
  • Be able to work as part of a team

The Offer
 Full time hours: 8.30 - 5pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Saturday hours: 9am - 1pm (available if wanted)

Must Have

  • 3 years of relevant experience

  • Valid work permit for Australia 

Nice to have

  • Experience with social media
  • Previous experience working for an ecommerce business
  • Cake decorating or balloon experience
  • Own transport or live close to Peakhurst
