Performance Marketing Specialist - Digital Marketing Team

Candy Bar Sydney is a family owned, private company based in Sydney, Australia. We manufacture a wide range of products from FMCG chocolate confectionery to homewares and event decorations. We export to USA, Singapore and Hong Kong. 

We own and operate 8 separate websites, multiple marketplace stores and physical retailing spaces that require daily attention, selling more than 8000+ product lines. 

We intend to expand our exporting operations and you will be required to thoroughly research global markets. A great challenge for a worthy candidate.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for the management of digital activities across social channels, search and display platforms.

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature and you will need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit.


  • Create, manage and optimize budget advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok, Amazon,...
  • Research and discover new potential traffic sources and learn how to run on them.
  • Research the market and understand deeply about company's product catalog for foreign market.
  • Implement plans, strategies, keyword research, SEO consulting and targeting research for existing, best-selling and newly-released product to drive more qualified traffic to our e-commerce websites and lead to final customer purchases.
  • Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing and branding campaigns to enhance brand awareness and improve customer retention.
  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive large-scale marketing strategies in the US and European markets.
  • Learn/assist other channels, team members where needed in support of overall team & company objectives.
  • Undertake any other tasks as delegated by the BODs and Line Manager.


  • 2+ year of hands-on experience Performance Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist or as same roles.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Shopping, knowledgable of setting up product feeds.
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio or other similar analytics softwares... to analyze data (data-driven)
  • Responding fast to market-moving news, industry movements, and company updates.
  • Good level of English
  • Outstanding project management and communication abilities, including the capacity to collaborate with cross department.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision. 
  • Not afraid to be flexible and roll up your sleeves and quickly evolve as priorities, channels and implemented technologies change.
