Senior Accountant

- Overseeing company liquidities, investments, and risk managements related to the company's financial activities. Contact point, liaison with bankers and maintain banking relationships to get the best result for the company. 

- Manage bank accounts; maintain financial records, performing banking operations, providing financial advice to the company.


1. Oversee cash flow management, financial planning

- Responsible for the production of cash forecasting models. 

- Risk management related to the company's financial activities, Support Company in cash flow target. 
- Proactive and support for executing financial initiative by applying best practices and financial instruments. 

2. Bank reconciliation

- Managing bank accounts; electronic banking management and reconciliation of payments.

3. Regulatory and Internal Compliance
- Review payments and accounting processes to comply with regulation in both of local and oversea payment. 
- Responsible for conducting initial reviews of the internal controls related to payments and treasury function and ensuring compliance with State Bank of Vietnam, Tax laws and company procedures, ensuring costs are strictly controlled. 

4. Month-end activities
- Maintain accounting cash books and make sure bank reconciliation is performed without errors or un-accuracy. 
- Provide P&L trend detail analysis for financial income or expenses (FIFE). 
- Ensure accuracy of reports for Suntory group and ad-hoc reports. 
- Analyst and track the key performance indicator related working capital 

5. Partnership and Develop others
- Perform duties and special projects as assigned by manager 
- Encourages and facilitates implementation of improvements and development related functional department

Job Requirement

- University graduation, major in Finance and Accounting. CFA qualification is a plus. 
- 5 years of experience with at least 3 years in FMCG companies. 
- Having system knowledge and fluent usage of ERP system. Demonstrated financial knowledge of Banking and Finance fields and principal, analysis, strategic planning, and decision making. 
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Strong in analytical work and problem solving. 
- Advanced Excel and other Microsoft Office skills, IT skills 
- Proven ability to work under pressure against tight and changing dead-lines and prioritize work to deliver results.
